AI Content Disclosure
Last updated August 18, 2026
Clarivo uses AI to help plan and draft social media content and reply suggestions on behalf of the businesses that use it. This page explains where AI is involved and what stays human-controlled.
Where AI is used
- Drafting post captions and reply suggestions in a business's configured brand voice.
- Classifying incoming comments and messages (FAQ, purchase intent, spam, complaint) to route them appropriately.
- Deciding which product or theme to feature next, and drafting posts on the schedule a business configured.
What stays human
- New workspaces default to review-before-publish — a person approves content before it goes live, for at least the first 14 days.
- Complaints and negative-sentiment messages are never auto-sent — they're always routed to a human review queue.
- A business can enable full publishing autonomy only through an explicit action in their dashboard, never by default.
For end users interacting with a Clarivo-powered account
If you're a follower or customer interacting with a business that uses Clarivo, some of the replies you receive may be drafted or sent with AI assistance, reviewed according to that business's own settings.
