Clarivo is operated by Cruzen Digital. This policy explains what we collect when you use Clarivo, why, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and the business details you provide during onboarding.
- Connected platform data: when you connect a social account, we store an encrypted access token and the account's public identifiers (username, account ID) — never your platform password, which we never see.
- Content you create or approve: captions, images, and scheduling data for posts.
- Billing data: handled entirely by Stripe or Razorpay — we never see or store your card details.
How your data is isolated and protected
Every customer's data is isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL row-level security — one customer's data is never queryable by another, enforced by the database itself, not just application code. Connected-platform access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they touch our database.
How we use your data
To operate the product: publishing content you've approved, generating suggestions in your brand voice, and showing you analytics for your connected accounts. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train models shared across other customers.
Deletion
Canceling your subscription stops future billing. It does not by itself erase your data. To have your workspace deleted — including your stored content, brand data, and encrypted platform credentials — contact support and we will action the request and confirm when it is complete. You can disconnect any connected platform at any time from your dashboard, and you can also revoke our access directly from that platform's own app settings.
