Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Clarivo, operated by Cruzen Digital. By creating a workspace, you agree to them.

The service

Clarivo helps you plan, create, and publish social media content, and manage replies to comments and messages. New workspaces start in review-before-publish mode: nothing is posted to your connected accounts without your approval for the first 14 days. You can enable full autonomy afterward from your dashboard.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information and content you approve for publishing.
• You must have the right to connect and post to any social account you link.
• You won't use the service to publish content that violates the connected platform's own terms of service.

Platform availability

Some social platforms require their own review or approval before we can offer live publishing through them. Where a platform isn't yet available, its connection option is disabled in your dashboard rather than offered non-functionally.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance per your selected plan and interval. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To change plans, contact support and we will action it for you — self-serve plan changes are not available yet.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates these terms, abuses the service, or fails payment.

Liability

Clarivo is provided as-is. We are not liable for consequences of content you approve for publishing, or for third-party platform outages or policy changes outside our control.
